We handle projects on a fiduciary basis on behalf of the client - the procurement of services / trades takes place directly between the service recipient (client) and the contractor. Intermediaries and commission recipients are thus excluded and quality is achieved at appropriate construction costs. As an independent planning office, our company has a valid trade licence for master builders and professional liability insurance in accordance with the framework agreement for technical offices - engineering offices in Tyrol via VAV, Vienna.
